Anyways, the third book's about Percy getting a little more mature, a little more responsible. He turns fourteen, but with his experience in the demigod world, that's saying a lot. Considering he's also a child of the Big Three.
Speaking of the Big Three, another Big Three kid shows up as well. If you've read the Sea of Monsters, you'll know that her name's Thalia Grace. And she's 16. So in this book, the "Titan's Curse" talks about the curse of a really well-known Titan on his daughter. His daughter's name is Zöe Nightshade. And yes, the 'o' has an accent.
She's one of the Hunters of Artemis. Artemis's lieutenant, actually. And if you want the list of gods in this book, it'll be Apollo and Artemis, and the 12 Olympians,
though the Olympians will come up at the end of the story.
The story starts with Grover calling Percy, Annabeth and Thalia about finding two demigods, Bianca and Nico di Angelo. Binaca's 13 while Nico's 11. When they reach Westover Hall, where the kids were, they encounter a monster (obviously). During the fight, Annabeth falls into the ocean. And technically gets captured. Then Artemis shows up and speaks of a powerful monster that she hadn't hunted in many millennia. Later, we get to know that she also gets captured by the same guy who got Annabeth. Any guesses? Yep. Luke Castellan. He was under the orders of a 'General' of the Titans, which is why the book is named the "Titan's Curse." The General is actually Atlas, a lesser Titan. He was punished by the gods in ancient times, and his punishment was to hold up the sky. Instead we find Annabeth and Artemis taking turns doing it for him. Not willingly, though. Then we have the typical Percy Jackson saving the day, and the story ends. It's not much of a story, bit it's crucial in the storyline.
Thanks for reading this guys. I'll be back soon with the next review. About the battle of the labyrinth. Till then, adiós!
